Self-exclusion at Okmm
Okmm offers a voluntary self-exclusion mechanism to restrict access to all Okmm gaming services. Self-exclusion is a binding decision intended to prevent use of the platform for a defined period and to assist users in assessing their gambling behaviour.
Scope and definitions
This policy applies to all Okmm products and services accessible through any Okmm account. In this document:
- Self-exclusion period means the fixed duration during which access to Okmm services is blocked or severely restricted.
- Cooling-off period means a temporary, shorter restriction designed to provide a pause from gambling, up to the maximum durations specified in this policy.
Initiating self-exclusion
To initiate self-exclusion, log in to your Okmm account and navigate to the Self-Exclusion section of Account Settings. After selecting the desired period, the restriction takes effect immediately for all Okmm products. For residents of the United Kingdom, the minimum self-exclusion period is six (6) months. For residents outside the United Kingdom, you may choose the period to be self-excluded, subject to the platform enforcing the selected duration.
Consequences during exclusion
- Account access: You will be prevented from logging into any Okmm account during the exclusion period.
- Promotions and prizes: Any entry into ongoing or future competitions, draws, or promotions will be forfeited as of the start of self-exclusion. Non-cash prizes or invitations not yet redeemed or utilized prior to exclusion may be withdrawn or deemed void.
- New accounts: You may not open a new Okmm account during the self-exclusion period.
- Financial or personal difficulties: If Okmm reasonably believes that gambling will cause financial or personal difficulties, we may close your Okmm account. You must not open a new account. If you do so, any liability arising from such action rests solely with you, and Okmm shall not be liable for any losses or damages.
Cooling-off option
For residents of the United Kingdom, Okmm provides a cooling-off option upon request. A cooling-off period can be set for 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. The cooling-off period is separate from a self-exclusion period. Requests for cooling-off must be submitted through the secure help channel while you are logged in. At the end of the cooling-off period, your Okmm account is automatically reactivated unless you request a different arrangement.
Reactivation after expiry
General reactivation rules are as follows:
- UK residents: Reactivation after the expiry of the self-exclusion period requires direct contact with Okmm customer support to process reactivation.
- Non-UK residents: Reactivation occurs automatically at the end of the exclusion period, subject to your compliance with any verification or ongoing suitability checks required by Okmm policies.
Post-exclusion obligations
During and after a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to circumvent the restrictions. Any attempt to bypass the self-exclusion framework may be treated as a breach of Okmm terms and conditions and may lead to additional restrictions or account closure.
Data, compliance and responsible gambling
Self-exclusion data are processed in accordance with Okmm’s Privacy Policy and applicable regulatory requirements. Your data may be used to verify eligibility for reactivation and to assess ongoing compliance with responsible gambling standards. Okmm remains committed to responsible gambling practices, including ongoing monitoring and support options if behavioural concerns arise.
Support and contact
For requests related to self-exclusion, cooling-off arrangements, or reactivation after expiry, contact Okmm Support through the secure Help Center within your account. Do not use external channels for self-exclusion requests. Okmm may provide additional guidance consistent with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
